Step One - Promote Your Directory and Schedule Your Appointments


You’ve made the decision to create a new directory for your church and you’re ready to book your photography dates. All you need is a few volunteers to complete this new project with a minimal time investment. And we have the perfect system and staff in place for you to do this with ease. With 20 years of photography and design experience, and professional, courteous, and knowledgeable staff you will be happy that you’ve taken the steps to move forward on this project with PGP PHOTO DIRECTORIES.

Once your photography dates are booked, PGP will provide you with a coordinators kit to ensure an experience that is simple to plan and easy to organize. Your coordinators kit will include:

  • Bulletin inserts and posters to advertise and promote the new directory
  • Sign up sheets & “online sign up” info for booking appointments online
  • A reference guide which will walk you through every step of the process from planning to delivery of your new PGP PHOTO DIRECTORY.

Step Two - Attend Your Photography and Viewing Session


Photography day has arrived. PGP uses a state of the art photography system to provide you with exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Photography appointments are spaced 30 minutes apart. In this time your church families will be photographed, make their selection for the directory, and have the opportunity to purchase photos at the best prices in the industry. Our “onsite printing system” also allows your church families to leave with their photographs at the end of their appointment should they wish to make a purchase. No shipping charges and no long wait times for delivery of purchased materials. As always, there is absolutely no obligation for anyone to purchase any photos. Every household that participates will receive a copy of the directory for free. No purchase necessary.

Step Three - Select Your Design Specifications and Receive Your Directory


Photography is complete. Let’s design your new directory. The options are limitless. Included in your coordinators kit is all the information you will need for us to create a directory that looks the way you want it to. PGP provides 3 different size directory options:

  • 8.5 x 11 inches
  • 8 x 8 inches
  • 6 x 9 inches

Choose from a large variety/ of colour schemes, layout designs, and font selections to customize your new directory. Many other design options are available and all PGP Directories come with laminated covers for long lasting protection and superior quality.
